Responsibilities:
1. Supervise quality controllers and line leaders in the in-line monitoring of production
2. Record data daily and check standard specifications during production
3. Documentation of QIP, FPS, GMP policies and SSOP manuals
4. Verify physico-chemical and microbiological analyses conducted by toll packers
5. Check concentration of chemicals and sanitizers used in the production and stores
6. Inspect and evaluate raw materials, packaging materials upon receiving
7. Conduct supplier visits and toll packer audits
