Position: Senior Process Engineer/Lead process engineer
South Mahakam is a gas condensate field located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, approximately
some 25 kilometres from the Balikpapan shore. The principal areas comprising the South Mahakam Field include Stupa, East Mandu, Jumelai and Jempang-Metulang. The current Phase 1 development includes the 2 platforms in Stupa field (one in Main Stupa and one in West Stupa) and one plarform in East Mandu field.
Platforms are unmanned, as well as the other South Mahakam Wellhead platforms. Facilities shall be controlled & monitored through the existing SENIPAH BSP Control Building,which controls and monitors the Peciko field as well. The Stupa field production will be routed through Main Stupa directly to Senipah through a 24” gas line. The production of East Mandu shall utilize a tie-in to the 24” line utilized to route the Stupa field production to Senipah.
Reporting to Lead Engineer/Project Manager, I was responsible for:
• Preparing Process document register and participating in preparing the project schedule and resource management plan, Supervision/preparation process documents (Including PFD, P&ID’s, calculation notes,Safe chart, ESD logic Diagram ….
• Reviewing basic design dossier for any errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions and/or discrepancies; and preparing endorsement report,

1-2) Project: Yetagun Phase 4 Project (Brown field Project)-Design review

PCML is operates the offshore Yetagun gas field located approximately 200 km southwest of Dawei in the Andaman Sea offshore of Myanmar. Produced gas and condensate are being separated and dehydrated in an offshore production platform. Clean dry gas is exported Clean dry gas is exported to PTT in Thailand via 24” pipeline but condensate is being delivered to FSO (Floating, storage and Offloading) via 6” subsea pipeline.
PCML has drilled 4 wells in 2008 to increase the sales gas reservers and prolong the plateau to meet Gas Sales Agreement and will install a booster compression platform under the current project (Phase 4).

Because of the changes in composition of feed and other changes, this project was Rebided.

Position: Senior Process Engineer
PT MEDCO E & P MALAKA, as operator, plans to develop the Block-A gas reserves for sales gas export to PLN power station and PT PIM. The Block-A gas field is located in Aceh (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam), Indonesia. The project envisages development of two production stations, namely, Alur Rambong Station and Alur Siwah Central Processing Plant (CPP) located either in the onshore or the offshore of North Aceh or East Aceh Region. Alur Siwah CPP will be located 10.5km south of Alur Rambong Station.
Alur Siwah CPP production facilities will be designed for producing sales gas equivalent to heat value of 110 BBTU/D. The wet gas will be sweetened (H2S & CO2 removal), dehydrated, dew point controlled and exported to PT PIM. Sales gas from Alur Siwah CPP will be exported to Exxon Mobil SLS A which is 20km away from Alur Siwah CPP.
Reporting to Lead Engineer, I was responsible for:

BP West Java Ltd. intends to rehabilitate the production facilities at Offshore North West Java. The risk reduction is focused on the MAR and MAHAR/HAZOP reports,Texas City Follow Up,Integrity/Defects findings and ETP Conformance.
Phase 1 consists of Mike Mike flow station, phase 2 KLA and Lima and phase 3+ is for other flow stations (Echo, Uniform, Foxtrot, NGL,NUI, Papa, AA, Zulu, ORF and Bravo ).
As a lead engineer for Echo and Papa F/S and lead process engineer, reporting to project manager , I was responsible for:
• Reviewing PFD and P&ID, Hazardous area classifications and equipment layout, Hazop, Hazid and MAHAR reports for All flow stations and incorporating results in issued documents
• Preparing scorecard, design intent and Preparing risk matrix table for Echo and Papa flow stations and contribution in preparing risk matrix table for other flowstations

POVO is the operator of the Dua and Chim Sao discoveries in Block 12W. These discoveries are located in the Nam Con Son Basin, offshore Vietnam approximately 400 kms south east of Ho Chi Minh City.
The wellhead platforms will be Normally Unmanned Installations (NUI). They will be tied back to the FPSO (Floating Production Storage Offloading) by means of infield production pipelines, water injection flowlines and gas lift flowlines, together with umbilicals, carrying chemical injection fluids, control fluids and power cable and fiber optic as required.
Reporting to Lead Engineer/Process Department Head, I was responsible for:
• Reviewing conceptual design dossier for any errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions and/or discrepancies and Liaise with other groups on technical matters

Reporting to Project Manager / Lead Engineer, I was responsible for:
• Reviewing tender documents for any errors, omissions, deficiencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, ambiguities and/or discrepancies; and preparing endorsement report and Attending kick-off meeting to review endorsement report and Liaise with other groups and the client's engineering team on technical matters.

The CPF has been designed for production of approximately 30,000 bbl/d crude oil to export to Genaveh. The produced gas will be compressed for injection into the wells.
