Analyzed and then recommended the methods to reduce overtime hours by 47%, which in turn lowered the overall payroll by 26%. Strategically created a flex staffing program and implemented tighter controls on the planning of inbound freight to pool resources necessary for efficient staffing.

BISA Trainer
Worked as a trainer in helping to develop Tier II training for sites around Iraq that would use BISA (Biometric Identification System Access) which encompassed ‘manned and unmanned sites’, worked up new procedures on how to use the new equipment that Tier II used. Worked with new personnel as they came in country for Tier I sites. Helped start up Tier II sites In 8 locations and then did revisits to locations when the military moves into and out of different bases. Trained the BATS (Biometric Augmented Tools) unit. Integral role in the overall function of Force Protection.
