• Manage development, cost estimates and review of project-specific RFPs to meet USPS requirements for light industrial design, new construction, R & A, environmental services, and OSHA safety compliance.

• Administrate contract award evaluation process to achieve business objectives; as well as risk assessment analysis, contract type selection and enforcement alternatives to ensure contract compliance to tailored contract terms and conditions and handling of claim analysis should a dispute arise.

• Oversee both simple and complex contracting and acquisition activities from under $1000 purchases (via third party Vendor support paid through Pay Pal) to multi-million dollar acquisitions.
