Promoted to Pittsburgh Territory from Digital Sales Specialist. Responsible for developing and implementing training for Wal-Mart Electronics Associates, Wal-Mart Management, and Core Anderson Merchandisers Representatives.

Built relationships with various vendors (including Comcast, Verizon, DirecTV, HughesNet, Vonage, Qwest, and others).

Directly accountable for obtaining ongoing vendor sales, both personally and for the market. Developed personalized training binders and materials for specific stores to ensure that both Anderson

Duties included daily administrative functions, designing presentations for Account Executives (several design presentations were chosen to go to CBS Corporate, New York), designing and implementing sales trends and complex budget/goal tracking mechanisms (generally through Excel and Access).

Job required many exchanges between Traffic/Scheduling, Executive, IT, Sales, and Accounting departments, and the relative counterpart departments of the three sister stations owned by CBS in the Pittsburgh Market.

06/04 – 06/06 Houlihan’s Restaurants Inc.

Senior Operations Manager

Developed POS Computer Training for New and Existing Restaurants, including but not limited to: Professors and Participants Guides, Embedded IE Application simulating Digital Dining Application to allow training at home, worksheets and exercises.

Operated and managed all facets of individual restaurants including but not limited to: daily operations, financial obligations (P&L and Declining Budget, bookkeeping, invoice payment), staff management at individual restaurants (scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and training), and guest satisfaction.

Opened five restaurants for HRI, and assisted in pre, during, and post opening duties.

Closed my time with HRI being directly responsible for guest satisfaction, service personnel/presence look and feel, and public interface of one of the company's flagship locations.
