1 Provides on the job training to lower level employees and resolves problems utilizing knowledge of shipping/receiving/inventory operations.

2 Participates in routing, counting and inspecting items.

3 Fills orders and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions appropriately; keeps records of inventory.

4 Oversee Contract Floss in the absence of the Team Leader. Job duties include monitoring employees, monitoring production schedules per work center, monitoring production and collaborate with management to determine and schedule priority of production and overtime.

5 Accountable to meet production schedules within budgeted allocations, and to meet responsibilities while insuring conformance to Ranir Global’s safety and quality standards

9 Create monthly inventory reports to compare and contrast inventory and scrap levels between Ranir Global and a company that we are contracted through.

10 Record and report production in Dataflo and SAP. Create ship sets for outbound trucks in the absence of the scheduler.

11 Meet with planning and development team of contracted company weekly through phone conference to discuss scheduling, production, and any other open matters for the week. Meet with the inventory team of contracted company monthly through phone conference to discuss reports generated on both ends and any discrepancies in inventory between the two.

12 Participates in a yearly audit conducted by contracted company in which all processes and all documents are reviewed.
