Jessica Almaguer-Eby
**********@*******.***
To Whom it May Concern,
I am an energetic and outgoing LPN who had moved over from the eastside of the state to begin a new chapter in my career in the Puget Sound. I am eager to find a company that is team oriented and patient care focused. I personally seek to provide quality patient care and follow established healthcare plans while providing patient advocacy. I love helping individuals improve and maintain good health. I believe that working together as a team and collaborating with staff, patients and families is essential to providing the best patient care possible.
I performed my preceptor in the emergency department of a very busy ER. I have a wide range of experience in many different areas of nursing. I also have over 3 years of experience in the nursing field as a certified nursing assistant. I worked for a great Endocrinologist in Yakima for 6 months before I moved to the Everett area because my husband got a job over here. Due to recent events I am now looking to relocate and permanently establish myself and my four daughters in an area that is in close proximity to a beach, even if it requires a commute of up to an hour. I believe that quality of life and job are worth a compromise.
I look forward to hearing from you and begin what I hope is the start to a long-term professional relationship.
Sincerely
Jessica Almaguer-Eby, LPN

Letters of Recommendations Attached
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Jessica Almaguer-Eby with great pleasure. As a nursing instructor I have been acquainted with Jessica since August 2009. During that time she has demonstrated a very high level of responsibility, accountability, academic skill and determination.
Jessica communicates well both verbally and in writing. Her work is interesting and scholarly with analogies that bring research to life. She is respected by her peers and collaborates well in group projects and in the hospital setting. She is a working mother who brings grace and careful, analytical thought to each new nursing and academic challenge.
During the past six months some major traumas have occurred in Jessica's personal life. In every case she made arrangements to care for her children and stay current in her studies. When one of her daughter's classmates died in a tragic automobile accident, Jessica supported the child's family and carefully helped her own child to deal with her grief. When a classmate suffered a miscarriage, Jessica supported that student so that she could catch up on her class work. She is proactive and includes those around her in problem solving and problem prevention. I expect that Jessica will go on to become a nursing leader in the Yakima Valley and beyond.
Please contact me for further information. Sincerely,

Re: Jessica Almaguer-Eby
To Whom it May Concern:
I had the pleasure of being Jessica’s nursing clinical instructor for two semesters, covering general medical surgical nursing and long term care nursing. I also was her preceptor for her independent clinical study. Jessica worked in the emergency department with me at Prosser Memorial Hospital for 160 hours.
Jessica is very bright, talented and is a person of high moral character. She works very hard and truly enjoys direct patient care. She has cared for a variety of patients and has always done a very good job. She is conscientious and asks for help when she feels she needs it. I always felt I could trust her because she would consistently ask me to double check her work to make sure she had done it right. She has made a lot of her time in nursing school. Most students did not opt for such a demanding assignment as working in the emergency department. She worked very hard, cared for a variety of patients in a busy, often stressful environment and I believe it went a long way towards helping her develop her nursing skills.
Jessica pushes herself hard and sets high standards for herself. She would be an excellent co worker, reliable and hard working. She is the kind of person that would improve a staff and facility.
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
