• Inspection of Thick & Thin film PFT’s as per MIL Standards.

• Work on HI-Reliability Products for Aerospace & Defense.

• Incoming and Final Goods Inspection.

• Reviewing Process control sheets and reports.

• Planning and executing quality activities.

• Handling quality functions like customer complaint, Supplier evaluation, CAPA maintenance.

• Control clean room environments and ESD Checklist.

• Internal Audits (5s audits, Process & Product audit, in process inspection)

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Assurance of HMC, s for Defense & Aerospace circuits at Class10000 Clean room environment. (ISAC-Bangalore, SAC – Ahmadabad, IISU & VSSC Trivendrum, and BDL & RCI- Hyderabad).

• Assuring the quality aspects according to the MIL STANDARD 883 (Methods of 2010, 2011, 2017…… and so on).

• Performing IGI of PFT’s, Packages & Lids.

• Inspection of Dice, SMD Active and Passive Components

• Inspection of conductive & non conductive epoxy substrate inspection.

• Reviewing the reports and verifying the Specification control sheets.

• On process inspection of Hybrids (setup approval, patrol inspection)

• Clearance of IGI material through BANN system.

• Update 5s Audit report, Process audit report & Technicians skill matrix.

• Visual Inspection under MICROSCOPE at the rate 60-110XL

• Providing and updating the documents for the Audit AS9100.
