Office Manager:

Report directly to the Owner concerning the day-to-day operations of this East Houston construction company (Camprite Services) and their restaurant (The Wild Hare Sandwich & Gift Shop).

Responsible for weekly payroll, monthly sales and use tax reporting, quarterly payroll tax reporting, monthly bank reconciliations, and all accounts payable and receivables utilizing QuickBooks Pro 2012.

Responsible for all year end documentation to the company’s CPA.

Handled all incoming and outgoing correspondence, travel arrangements and maintaining filing system utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Works software. Also, assisted Owner with special projects – administrative and financial.
