• Supervising various aspects of discovery, including review and processing of hundreds of thousands of pages of e-mail and other documents;

• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memorandums for bankruptcy litigation, general commercial litigation matters and structured finance transactions.

Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team Coach (January 2010 – March 2011)

• Coached the two teams from Texas Tech University

• In February, the teams competed in the Eliot Cup held in Austin, Texas. One team from Texas Tech University took fist place with a Texas Tech student winning Best Advocate;

• In March, the teams competed in the 19h Annual Conrad B. Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. One of the Texas Tech teams was named Quarterfinalist with two Texas Tech advocates winning Outstanding Advocate awards.

Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team Coach (February 2010 - March 2010)

• Coached the two teams from the University of Texas.

• In February, the teams competed in the Elliot Cup held in New Orleans. One team from the University of Texas took first place with a University of Texas advocate winning Best Advocate.

• In March, the teams competed against forty-seven teams from nearly thirty-five law schools at the 18th Annual Conrad B. Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. The University of Texas teams were named National Champions and National Finalists with one team winning the award for Best Brief.
