As I said before, I was at Hardee's for * years. I can and have done everything there. I worked in the kitchen department at our Washington Hy-Vee. I did whatever needed to be done. Wait on customers, cook if I needed to, prep food for the hot and cold cases, clean, take orders. I also worked at the Fairfield Marriott in Coralville as a housekeeper. I really liked it but was let go because I couldn't make my time sometimes. I did a good job, but wasn't fast enough. I really tried. I had done the work before and didn't have a problem.
