. Overall responsibility for the cost, establish and monitoring

the budget and any deviations from the budget. Take corrective

action to minimize variations.

. Prepare internal man-hour and accurate cost forecast and makes

also an S-curves.

. Update project cash-flow, escalation and contingency analysis.

. Man-hour trend curves for the total project and the technical

disciplines. To prepare expenditures, physical progress and

ensure productivity. The trend curves are prepared for the

contract and any technical discipline.

Reporting outputs to the Project Manager at weekly and monthly

event about the man-hour (With Microsoft Dynamic AX; DAX

Manhours system), Staffingsplan incl. PPS (Project Performance

Summary) and EPS (Engineering Performance Summary) for progress

(schedule versus actual), in relations with the allotted man-

hour of all disciplines.

Timesheet control and management of expended hours to the

correct cost codes / CTR.

. Ability to trend and forecast cost outcomes for all project

costs including manhours, indirects and material/equipment.

. Use of PAF systems including PPAF (Project Personnel Approval

Form) register.

. Understanding of development and use of Cost Code and WBS.

. Coordinate with estimating department in the preparation of

estimates and contract change orders.

. Will review each requisitions (Direct Field Cost for Equipment

etc.) and compare this data with the control estimate. Also for

the commodity materials.

. Will establish the budget/counter estimate for each Subcontract

. Communicate with the relevant disciplines.

Procurements department: Quotations, relevant correspondences,
