Summary) and EPS (Engineering Performance Summary) for progress
(schedule versus actual), in relations with the allotted man-
hour of all disciplines.
Timesheet control and management of expended hours to the
correct cost codes / CTR.
. Ability to trend and forecast cost outcomes for all project
costs including manhours, indirects and material/equipment.
