• Contract Processing for various Brokers in the OC area from my home office as well as working from various offices. FHA some VA’s and Conv loans. Brokers provide initial 1003 files via email. I am responsible for gathering credit package information, including but not limited to credit, employment, appraisal, escrow, title, etc., analyzing loan applicants’ history, verify all pertinent information, run through DU/LP for automated approval. Upon receiving approve/eligible from automated system, contact applicants for any additional information if necessary. Submit to various lenders through there scanning system, i.e., Blitz, etc. Also experienced in Loan Modification processing with excellent customer service skills.
