1997 – 2003: Construction Superintendent

• Construction of two story tilt-up concrete building and infrastructure for Magna Bicycles in San Rafael CA. Building consisted of 39,000 square foot storage and distribution center for the company with cooperate offices located on 2nd. floor. Total construction costs $3.4 Million.

• Construction of 8 office buildings in a 30 building office park located in the Granite Bay Business Park, Granite Bay CA. Building consisted of single user and multiple user facilities ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet including site improvement to each lot. $40 Million.

• Construction of commercial car wash and retail complex located in Roseville CA. Extensive site improvements and infrastructure required, with underground lube and maintenance pit, state of the art car wash technology employed in wash tunnel. $2.5 Million.

• Oversaw construction consisting of retail and restaurant space in concourse area of the new terminal “A”, Sacramento International Airport. $20 Million.

• Construction of 30,000 square foot tilt-up office and warehouse space for Dinio’s Auction Yard, Roseville CA. $2 Million.

• Project Manager and Construction Superintendent in charge of complete build out and retrofit of terminals “A” and “C” at San Jose International Airport for expansion of food court and retail space for Host Marriott. Logistics and scheduling were major obstacles with this project with much of the work needing to be done at night. Approximately 40,000 square foot build out on main floor of Terminal “C” that included exterior expansion and exterior upgrades to the terminals appearance. 30,000 square foot build out within the concourse of Terminal “A”. Upgrades required for all electrical, venting and HVAC systems as well as additional fire protection. $30 Million.

• Construction of 20,000 square foot retail space for Office Depot, Windsor CA. $2.5 Million.

2003 – 2004: General Superintendent / Project Manager / Safety Officer

• Construction of the Rocklin Business Park located in Rocklin CA. Project consisted of 6 multi-use buildings, retail, restaurant and office ranging in size from 4,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet. Included infrastructure, site improvements, and extensive mitigation of existing wetlands present on the property. $11 Million.

• Construction of 20 condo style, multi story office buildings in Elk Grove.

$20 Million.

• Eight condo style, multi-story office buildings in Yuba City. $3 Million.

• Sixteen condo style, multi story office buildings in Sacramento. $15 Million.

2004 – 2007: Project Manager

• Multiple projects consisting of remodel and retro-fit of existing buildings.

• Construction of two story tilt-up office and distribution center located in the El Dorado Hills Business Park. $3 Million.

• Auto dealership for Mercedes of El Dorado Hills. $2.5 Million.

• Recreational Vehicle dealership and sales lot in Cameron Park CA. $1.5 Million.
