General Manager for a multi-faceted holding company, with a presence in plastic injection molding, precision screw machine operation, design/construction of automation equipment, temporary employment firm and warehousing-distribution-assembly division. Reporting to the CEO, personally accountable for the day-to-day operation of all business units. This includes P&L, sales, finance, engineering and operations.

Director Business Development (1996-2002) with a custom thermoplastic injection molder with two plants. Both facilities are ISO9002 and TS9000 certified. Managed in excess of $8mm from two primary accounts while focusing on the development of new customers, markets and business opportunities. Researched, contacted and evaluated over 400 potential customers with a success rate of almost 30 new customers. Personal involvement and coordination of programs with inter-company departments and customers help grow the corporate revenue.
