I have worked for Stewart Title for 11 years and was laid off. I worked Placer County for the majority of my Title Search. I searched Title from the tax records mapping running docs off micro fiche and computer, writing up exceptions and followed through with updates, ran background check also did some Sacramento Title Search. I was in charge of editing, examining and releasing recordings, Maps and the corrections of also going to said County and releasing the Documents into the County.

I am able to read and comprehend real Property documents, locate property, run out legal description, provide and obtain title of property, provide chain of title, provide copies relevant to specific searches, taxes with assessments and submit search for to OC/Exam for review.
