Program Manager interacting with corporate and nuclear station personnel to implement change program in support of the Work Hour Fatigue 10 CFR 26 law enforced by a government mandate. This ruling affects the processes surrounding scheduling, time tracking and fatigue assessments, and includes the implementation of a new scheduling and time tracking tool with the rule’s requirements and built in alerts for management and reporting. Additionally represent the fleet as the rule and tool Subject Matter Expert on the Work Hour Fatigue 10 CFR 26, NRC Regulatory Guide 5.73, Duke Nuclear Systems Directive (NSD), WorkForce EmpCenter Scheduling tool, and related interfaces to legacy systems. Design and manage Fleet SharePoint site and Change Management Team SharePoint site. Create and manage NSD, lower tier procedures and professional training materials.
