Responsibilities:
*Lead a team of up to 4 people in the customization of approximately 1,100 localized shots per feature film as well as credits and titles for shorts
*Create trailers and international inserts for feature films, shorts, and trailers
*Supervise and execute a full spectrum of tasks including art, shading, set dressing, lighting, motion graphics, rendering, and stereo, as they relate to internationalization and trailers
*Create motion graphics and effects for trailers
*Train interns on the Pixar pipeline as well as production TDs for trailers and feature internationalization tasks
*Track, schedule, and assign shots for TDs
*Work with and support other departments such as Art, Lighting, Shading, Rendering, Modeling, and Stereo
*Develop and implement pipeline tools for rendering, trailers, and internationalization

Responsibilities: Render and fix production shots for features and shorts. Reconstructed and improved models and pipeline for Monsters Inc. theme park ride. Developed scripts for converting Maya models to internal model files as well as articulation/rigging for sets and props.

Responsibilities: Real time video effects architecture design and implementation using C++, COM, ActiveX, ATL, and Direct Show. ĮDeveloped company-wide object oriented architecture and SDK. Extended the Microsoft ActiveMovie multimedia architecture to enable real time video effects. Built Quicktime components for codecs and effects devices. Developed 3-D Matrix operations for hardware texture mapping and corner pinning. Created a software development kit for customers such as Matrox and Softimage.
