I am a friendly, reliable, organized, and self- motivated individual whom is seeking full-time employment within your company. I do have some customer service skills. I know several different computer software programs, however I am always eager to learn more.

Qualifications

I know several computer software programs such as… Microsoft Works, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and some Excel experience. I am also familiar with Windows 98 and Windows XP.

I also have some customer service skills.

I am a self-starter, and am very motivated.

Education

I graduated from Fort Scott High School in 2002. I have also attended some courses at Fort Scott Community College. I have finished all of my basic classes and have a grade point average of 3.5.

Relevant Experience

Self-employed licensed daycare provider- Lil’ Explorer’s Daycare- I am currently doing this, however I feel that it is time for a change. My two oldest children are now in school and my son is on a waiting list for preschool.

Ward/Kraft- April 2005 - August 2005

I worked in a telemarketing department which was just a trial. I made outbound calls to prospective customers inviting them to attend a seminar. I ended up being laid off because the seminars were not filling up as expected.

Movie Gallery- July 2003- December 2005

I was a Senior Customer Service Associate and worked with the public. I also used computers to check out and check in movies. I also did a lot of organization.
