• Gained foreman and workers confidence in lifting man-cages at all heights, aspects of jobsites.

• Assist engineers during erection and disassembly of cranes. Constant utilization of radio communications with rigger, hand signals when necessary.

• Determine safe working conditions within high wind velocities. Understand the delicateness of working within safe acceptable high wind operations. Excellent distance and depth perceptions.
