QUALIFICATIONS:

I have worked several overseas assignments with the U.S. Air Force Base Engineering Emergency Force (Prime Beef) that encompassed rapid runway repair, building of communication centers, and building of base camps in remote and foreign territories. I worked private contact work in Antarctica installing and maintaining generator distribution centers and providing uninterrupted power for runway operations. My tasks included renovations, maintenance, and new construction for all buildings at McMurdo Station. I have 28 years experience in all phases of electrical applications including power distributions, manhole, substation, wiring of electrical equipment, fixtures, switch gear, emt, rigid and Plasti-Bond conduit up to 4”. I have experience with multiple types of threaders manual and hydraulic benders,

and knowledge in p.l.c.s, d.d.c.s, v.f.d.s, vavs, Orion, Wattmaster, Johnson Hvac, Raychem, Allen Bradley control systems. Knowledge in of airport lighting & wiring. L.A.W.A. certified high voltage electrician. OSHA 10 & 30 training.

EMPLOYMENT: 2012 - Lubin Enterprises, Memphis, Tenn., Contracted Electrical Supervisor on multiple airport projects [ Little Rock, Arkadelphia, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas] Responsible for assigning tasks and time keeping. Completed time sensitive installation of new conduit, runway lighting, grounding, regulators, transformers and lighting controls.

2011-2012 Prolog Construction – Afghanistan, Electrical Supervisor, Support for US and British troops. Controlled and supervised electrical team of fifteen plus crew members. Responsible for installation of Prime power transformers, disconnects, transfer switches, main distribution panels, wiring P.E.B’s, as well as generators. Performed daily duties as working supervisor in the field on jobs with crew members. Accepted additional responsibility as Project Manager for three months until position was filled by qualified candidate.

2010 -2011 T.E.C. - Advanced metering project for U.S. Coast Guard, multiple U.S. & Foreign locations. Planning and installation of CTs, modhoppers, and data acquisition centers for advanced metering system.

2008-2010 - Keystone power plant maintenance & repair for ALSCOM Power. Also Homer City P.P. and Hatfield Ferry P.P.

airport high voltage electrician employed by Helix Elect Inc.

Responsible for high voltage splicing, transformer, regulator change -out, replacing all

runway edge, center, twy lighting, rwy, twy signs. Responsible for all shut downs &

emergency call-outs. Manhole maintenance and terminating for all new ckts, splices,

wigwags, hold bars. At L.A.X. from beginning to turnover of 25L7R runway project.

2004-2006 Journeyman Electrician, Trillium Construction; Responsible for panel terminations, running of conduit, pulling of wire, installing and terminating controls for VAV roof top and VAV box controllers, complete system integration, room sensors, comm. link connection for both computer and remote link connections, Interface Boards.

Dulles airport runway. Removed and replaced various runway lighting

systems, including light cans, conduit, wiring, connections, Exothermic “Cad” welding ground wires. Electrical wiring and terminating.
