To Whom It May Concern,

Please consider my attached resume for the Tooling Manager position. I am willing to travel or relocate when or where required. My resume will also show that I am fluent in German and I have basic knowledge in Spanish.

As you will note on the accompanying resume, the scope of my expertise covers a wide area of responsibilities. I am an ambitious leader and motivator. I have been consistently recognized for team-building, technical problem-solving, and I have a high degree of knowledge in the manufacturing field.

Listed below are some of the contributions I have delivered in my career to date:

• Greenfield Startup: Responsible for startup of two manufacturing companies

• Business Wind Down Experience: Closure and asset extraction/transfer of several

manufacturing facilities (Plastech facilities for Decoma (division of Magna International)

• Business Growth: Tapped into the ripe-with-potential Mexican and South American export markets that now represent 40% of extra business
