Led technical staff of 9 managers and 104 technicians that supported cellular networks in four states.

Primary responsibilities included operating and maintaining 11 switches and 2200 cell sites.

Managed expense budget of $100 million

Responsible for all inventory, environmental, regulatory and emergency preparedness

requirements for the Southwest region
