. Writing new welder program

. Check all the welder joints by inspecting it with the required

procedures and tools

. Provide training to field inspectors in various welding procedures and

their inspections

. Assist level 3 inspectors to perform all duties

. Perform inspections on the new welding constructions and provided

certification on the same

. Maintain all the necessary paperwork for the welding procedure and the

qualifications required for performing it
