Mar 08 – July 09 – Reason for Leaving: I resigned with full notice. The company cut back in all salaries & benefits; it became too costly to work there. (I still work for them as a consultant when needed)

Seven One Seven Parking Services is a national leader when it comes to Valet, Hospital Parking and shuttle services. As the Corporate HR Director I am responsible for helping to develop corporate image as well as training & development, stream lining processes, recruitment, benefits, cultural development, government / Union compliance and IT. I lead a team of 10 direct reports that help to support over 2500 employees through out the United States. I weave together corporate vision, strategic human resource planning and organizational behavior; to produce breakthrough operational results. I designed and implemented the intensive 717-HIT Training Program for all new employees. Some of my most recent accomplishments were in the development of a system to lower our unemployment which also forced managers to coach and mentor their employees. I have personally spearheaded the company Employee Relations issues throughout the company, by designing a training program to prepare new managers with the understanding of Progressive Discipline and proper documentation. This led to less EEOC claims filed against the company because the employee’s understood why they were being disciplined or terminated and knew it was documented. I have also developed a web based HRIS program. This program links our recruitment and employment tracking, discipline actions, Unemployment, along with employee attendance and PTO calendar. I also created complex linier regression pay scales & Pivot table that would look up Employee and Departmental OT data using “Vlookup”, “Hlookup”, “Index” & “Match” functions to compare data in multiple pages in excel.
