Project Engineer
Assigned to work for Computer Sciences Raytheon in designing and implementing public address system upgrade for Ascension Auxiliary Air Force Base. Successfully, implemented changes to existing system (70 Volt) and quadrupled the reach of “Giant Voice” for the main base. Prepared engineering change proposal for US Air Force approval which included testing methodology, bill of materials, installation procedures and as built drawings for 13 affected buildings.

Responsibilities included supervising the installation of voice, data, inter-com, VTC networks for military and commercial applications. Additional responsibilities included quality control, safety, and program management. I was personally responsible for identifying and solving problems which created exceptional cost savings that solved customer expectations and added to the bottom line of each individual project. As the interim program manager for Columbus Air Force Base I was responsible for saving a 2.5 million dollar contract. Directly supervised the remodel of 5 buildings at NASKW and restoration of SM Fiber network. Designed, estimated and installed (one of 25 buildings) MNS network for Andersen AFB, Guam. Lead 16 man task group (in support of SAIC) to Qatar for installation of VTC network, projector installation, screen installation, low-voltage control circuits.
