the CNC Control Strategy for the company’s next generation product and presented to Board of Directors.

* Developed and introduced Ultimax High Speed Machining capability to the national and

international sales divisions.

* Directed the strategic conversion of Ultimax to Venturcom RTX, allowing real-time performance

with Windows XP. The control was called WinMax CNC.

* Evaluated and integrated patented Tolerance Based Motion Control software into the control.

Product Engineering Manager 1995 - 2000

Directed the development and product launch of a new Windows-based low-end CNC milling product.
