Assistant Manager –HR, December 2008 to till date
Recruited primarily to manage HR operations, systems and programs.
Worked with senior management to revise HR policies and procedures; Engage and Retain employees, develop orientation for all the new joiners across the vertical.
I was involved in making HR policies and procedures. Initiated many process and had been proven successful in many dimensions.

Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, & other remuneration policies.
