Responsibilities: Managed and coordinated all Testing Inspection Contractors for the Q.C. Testing Inspections (NDE) during the Fabrication of Spliced H-Piles needed for the LPV-148.02 (USACE Protection Levee Floodwall Project). Observed, Monitored and assisted managing all Welding Contractors in the Fabrication of Spliced H-Piles to ensure the Fabrication was done correctly and to all Spec.’s and contract documents for this Project. Ensured all Weld Data and Test Data was documented and correctly recored. Created a S/N # System to each Spliced H-Pile, created and maintained this Projects required Weld Log Data Base for each Spliced H-Pile Fabricated, wrote daily Q.C. Reports of all activities related to Fabrication of Spliced H-Piles and Test Inspections for all Splice Yards; onsite and offsite. Provided direction of daily operations and ensured Safety of all Welding and Testing in all Splice Yards and actively assisted and provided direction to subordinates as required of the: Welding Contractor’s (Welders, Fitters, Helpers) and to all the Testing Inspection Contractor’s Test Inspectors (CWI’s, MT’s & UT’s, etc.). Worked as a Q.C. Inspector for the floodwall fabrication and it’s construction progress: Observed and Monitored Q.C.
