*Competent knowledge in identifying the nature and degree of hearing loss

in Patients of all ages by performing;

> Pure tone audiometry

> Speech audiometry

> Immittance test battery

> Behavioral observation audiometry (BOA)

* Excellent knowledge in assessing the integrity of

auditory system by performing

>Auditory evoked potentials (AEP’s)

* Expertise in differentiating cochlear and retrocochlear pathologies by doing

special tests (SISI, TDT, ABLB, STAT)

* Good skill in Oto acoustic emission testing (OAE)

* Ability in identifying Pseudohypacusis

* Capable in counseling the patients with hearing loss regarding the

selection, advantages, limitations and maintenance of hearing aids.

*Analysing the electro acoustic characteristics of hearing aids (EAC)
