Manages the performance of road drivers, supervisors, clerical staff up to 120 in accordance with organizational policies and procedures within company guidelines.
Assist road dispatch by filling in for absenteeism and communicate with dispatch at various terminals and with dock employees to coordinate the movement of trailers and freight.
Develop operational plans and budget based on goals and objectives. Maintain accurate records/documentation of training, licensing, testing, physicals, driving records etc.
Assess the scene of an accident from a management standpoint while working with Attorney, Human Resources and perform physical assessment of employee.
