• Lead characterization, verification and validation of the new packaging material for a $250,000 packaging improvement project.
• Worked in a cross functional team for design characterization and validation for packaging configuration.
• Authored and executed validation protocols like IQ/OQ, PQ for packaging equipment in compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Developed and executed Test Method Validation (TMV) for visual inspection of a new packaging material.
• Historical data analysis of sterilization deviations to prevent product scrapping and to decrease turnaround time for sterilization deviations.
