I have been instrumental in founding and leading the Sustaining Engineering office from its start-up to a solid team, successfully operative in an international environment. I have been also responsible for auditing and selecting staff for my working teams.
I have effectively led project teams in design and modification/enhancement activities within multi-disciplinary contexts.
