Perform all contract administration functions related to the JSF Hydraulic System contract with Lockheed. Involves extensive contact and developing relationships with Lockheed – Ft. Worth personnel at all levels.

PARKER AEROSPACE – Headquarters, Irvine CA Jun 2000 – Feb 2009

Regional Manager, Northeast (CT) and Southeast (Savannah, GA)

Provided leadership to develop successful business opportunities for all Parker Aerospace divisions, with key aerospace/defense contractors including General Dynamics, Gulfstream, Hamilton Sundstrand, Northrop Grumman, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky. Strong ability to work with, and represent the company, to all functions of major corporations, including supply chain management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer support organizations. Activities and accomplishments:

• Doubled the Parker bill of material for a Gulfstream aircraft, on the new G650 business aircraft. This included fly-by-wire flight controls, hydraulics, and fuel system components.

• Won new business with General Dynamics/Woodbridge, VA on the EFV (Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle), previously AAAV, primarily with hydraulic system requirements. Heavily involved with the military/DOD contract requirements for the program.

• Won new business with Northrop Grumman on the USAF, KC-45 Tanker program, prior to the program postponement. Specifics were related to the refueling boom system, and related contract requirements.

• Won new business with P &W and Hamilton Sundstrand on the F119, F-135, and F117 engine programs, with engine fuel system components.

• Worked extensively with Sikorsky on the H-60 and CH-53 programs including sustaining business, contract requirements, and contract negotiations.

• Worked extensively with Boeing/Philadelphia on the V-22 program

Accomplishments included winning new business on all new aircraft programs at these customers, primarily related to US defense programs.

Position was responsible for managing the group of military contract administrators for multi-million dollar contracts with all major aerospace companies. This position included being responsible for annual and multi-year price negotiations, totaling approximately $50 million annually. This position required a working knowledge of all aspects of the manufacturing operation, from proposal activity and price negotiations, through quality and manufacturing, and engineering processes and controls, to ensure compliance to the contracts.
