Objective
To find a position in the Human Resources Dept where I have worked for more than 7 years in several positions and have acquired broad experience and knowledge in Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Safety, WSIB, File Management and training of new employees to do their jobs at their best capacity with minor errors. The average size of employees at each location was of 180 per location.
My HR skills and my on the floor experience are great assets that will help me to run a dept/company smoothly for I have experience in both side of the business: administration and execution on the floor.
