Worked on a Case Management system project for a Federal Government Agency as a Oracle Developer/Software tester. Created the ERD diagrams, tables and developed many forms with numerous functionalities and reports on different scenarios with Oracle 9i database as backend. The application established a connection with a central database to capture all different data in order to streamline workflow to improve reporting capability i.e. reduced labor hours to generate bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual ad-hoc reports for security clearance and clearance passage information. Increased the accuracy in reporting personnel (government and contractor) with SCI access and security clearance processing time to no more than 90 days per case. Entered all defects in PVCS tracking system Prepared all test-related documentation, including test plan and procedures, requirements traceability, and final test reports. Performed manual testing.

Oracle Developer/Tester with the DoD Office under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Comptroller Information System (CIS) an Oracle Web Server budget project.PL/SQL processes in a 10g environment, and Discoverer Plus/Admin 10g/TOAD.PVCS Tracker and Version Manager to obtain/update work assignments and maintained source code control. Guided and monitored the implementation of reporting structures for reports in regards to technical changes.
