Phase II Go live took place in Jan’09 After that IBM took post Go live support and being core team of IBM , I was at Client place to handle all post go live support activities till May’10.

The scope of the job was functional testing and preparation of Template for Global and local Configurations for SAP roll-out in different group of countries known as generations. US roll-out of Medtronic (known as Gen 1) have taken place after myself has joined the team as the FI/CO team member

Responsibilities:

1. Testing of FI/CO related scripts for Integration and regression cycles and suggesting possible reasons of not getting an expected result. Accordingly configuration change is done and re-test of the particular test case scenario takes place.

2. Offshore support to the onsite implementation team for AR, AP, Asset and CO –CCA , PCA , INTERNAL ORDER modules.

3. Navigation through IMG nodes applicable for FI/CO and understand the impact of configuration of different implementations

4. Documentation and of Global and Local setting based on effect of each configuration

5. Referring SAP Ascendant Toolset of Medtronic for identification of Process Definition Document (PDD) and linking the same to each of the configuration step.

Description: BP is of one of the world's largest energy companies, providing its customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, retail services and petrochemicals products for everyday items. Turnover of BP is US$ 285bn and BP employs more than 100,000 people worldwide.

The scope of the job was off-shore configuration of AR and AP & CO-CCA & PCA MASTER DATA.

Responsibilities:

1. Worked Extensively with AR master data, payment cycles, dunning and Correspondence

2. Revenue account determination - his assignments were to assign the sales accounts, deduction accounts etc. to the condition types.

3. To design Customer master in terms of the account groups at the client level, the company code level and at the sales area level. The internal number ranges were configured also.

4. To configure Payment terms as requested by functional persons representing other areas. The baseline dates were defined as the posting dates for determining the due dates of payments.

5. Worked on Residual payment functionality designed through Manual Incoming payments, the Tolerance groups were defined and assigned to the users, the accounts for posting cash discounts, the payment differences etc were also defined.

8. Worked on CO-CCA & PCA master data creation & testing of diff business Scenerios.

9. Worked extensively in the Asset Master Data , Creation of Asset ,Settlement of Asset under Construction through Internal Order , etc.

• Managing overall finance operations involving determining financial goals, designing & implementing financial control systems in consultation with top management.
