• Designed multi-cavity mold base that allows the same molding press to mold ten pieces at a time with higher quality of product.

• Developed a cell manufacturing process that allowed the product to go from manufacturing to packaging the same day instead of three days.

• Procurement, reconstruction, layout and assembly of rubber mixer size 3D Bamberry.

• Procurement, reconstruction, layout and assembly of 3ft. by 8ft.fourrolls rubber callender.

• Designed and installed an Electro-forming process that allows the molds to be made in house at a cost of approximately $ 43.00 each, versus buying them from a mold maker at $1500.00 each, this reduction in the price of the molds resulted in savings to the company of approximately $400,000.00 per year. By having these mold making capabilities we were able to control the quality of the molds and greatly reduce the delivery time of the product from two months to two weeks.

• Installed and setup a silverware manufacturing facility from start to finish.
