• Duties included: oversee a crew of 10 people, receiving product, and count in loads as they were being unloading, all receiving paperwork.

• Daily and monthly inventory functions which include, truck inventory adjustments, enter and balance inter-company and warehouse transfer, print and assign items to be recounted, enter recounts in the system, run inventory variance and dunnage variance reports, research and correct variances, supply report to the management team, daily and monthly out of code and inventor variance write off, Assist with all aspects of A/R, responsibilities which include the daily deposit, electronic funds transfer, customer refunds, military payments, match/post brewery credits including receivables, dunnage, & promotions, time card, and assist with route accounting.

• Responsible for the following monthly reports: A/R, bad debt projection, Statistic, post expenses.
