Created the Information Development Plan and Instructional Documents, for the legacy data migration project. The data taken from the three legacy applications: InnTrax, C-Track, and SSU Informatics, was merged seamlessly into comparable data entry fields within the Siebel-based (CTMS) Clinical Trials Management System. Effectively converted technical specifications into user-friendly concepts for the following IBM products/divisions: Tivoli, Websphere Telecom Web Services Server (information center), and StorageBlade.

Successfully rebranded IBM Mobile Portal Accelerator and ProtecTIER documentation documents. Seamlessly converted existing documents from IDD to DITA, resolving complex processing errors and providing assistance to team members new to DITA and the conversion process. Maintained version and requirement control through the project life cycle, using Control Management Version Control (CMVC). A software package that serves as an object repository, and performs software version control, configuration management, and change management.

Efficiently use ID Workbench to update DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture), which is an XML-based, end-to-end architecture for authoring, producing, and delivering technical information in a variety of topic level formats. The architecture is used for delivering content such as online help and product support portals on the Web. Also, IDDoc (SGML-based), which is an ISO-standard technology for defining generalized markup languages for documents.
