Overview Hi,
My name is Kevin Phok and I have had this passion for cooking since I was a little boy. Growing up I would rather help out my mom and granny in the kitchen than playing with the neighborhood kids. I was only washing and peeling vegetables back then. Now I can fabricate different types of protein and create composed dishes. I want to one day establish my name in the culinary world and learn all that I can about the different types of cuisines. Especially Asian cuisine considering it is my background.
