WORK EXPERIENCE:
VALIDATION ENGINEER (INTERN) IN AZ PHARMACEUTICALS.INC (JUNE 10 –JANUARY 11)
o Prepared SOP, IQ and OQ documentation for the Roof Top Unit’s, Dust collector’s in the facility and the production line and manufacturing line for validation purposes as per GMP and FDA regulation.
o Handled operations and monitoring of the validation process and the systems used.
o Involved in Process Automation System of the Packaging line process, used PLC ladder Logic to design small parts of the main system.
o Carried out the qualification of the spaces in the facility with performing the procedure in GMP.
o Acted as a facility manager for a short period of time and co ordinate with the contractors edging towards completion of the project, responsible for weekly target setting & progress review, work prioritizing, punch list creation.
o Prepared 3D and 2D Auto cad Diagrams of 40, 80 and 120 cubic blender, powdering machine, production line and minor diagrams of the facility. I had also corrected several piping diagram as per changes and review a lot to ensure accuracy.
o Handled the purchase and order of instruments necessary for validation purposes and inventory.
QUALITY ENGINEER (INTERN) IN T.I CYCLES PVT LTD, INDIA (APRIL 08- AUGUST 09)
o Worked in a project involving Delivery Discrepancy, I conducted various surveys and found out shortage and wrong supply was major concern.
o Carried out many brainstorming sessions and loads of presentation and confined to the solution of bar coding and scanning.
o Performed the root cause and effect analysis and various problem definition techniques in many project.
o Implemented 5S, TQM, Lean manufacturing and 6 sigma Techniques in various small projects.
o Trained workers and executives on the “Move order transaction” software developed by ERP and VAS to track the carton and use it in Barcode scanning Process.

GRADUATE FACILITY MANAGER IN STUDENT ACTIVITIES CENTER (DECEMBER 09 – JUNE 2011)

MOTION DESIGN LIBRARY (Graduate Research Fall 10 – Spring 11)
o Designed the new version of the motion design library (MDL), using Qt as the user interface in VS 2008 using C++.
o Used a relatively new concept of Quaternion and Dual Quaternion, which deals with motion in 4D, which was used redundant to design motion in 3D.
o Implemented many new motion algorithms and was responsible for creating a structured architecture of the software.
o Developed the extension of the motion design library, where user can view and review their own motion with a minimum altercation of code.
PROCESS DESIGN OF A U TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER FOR HYDRAULIC TESTING(Spring 09)
o Designed this heat exchanger in IGCAR, Kalpakkam, an atomic power/research plant in the side of exhaust water side of the Pressure Water Reactor.
o Thermal design of the exchanger was calculated as required by the design.
o The tough task setting the dimension of the heat exchanger within the limit was achieved.
o The effectiveness and efficiency was calculated and set as standard.
o Created an innovative 2D Auto cad design of the heat exchanger.
LAB VIEW BASED PID CONTROLLER FOR MULTI PROCESS STATION(Spring 08)
o The program is done in PID controller to automate pressure to set value.
o The response and error was calculated and necessary changes were made to reduce error.
ISO GEOMETIC ANALYSIS (Spring 10)
o Iso geometric analysis of a cube was done in matlab. The Object was designed using Hexa meshes and NURBS curve.
o Then the necessary Force was applied and equations were applied for the analysis.
o The results were cross verified using the stress analysis done in ProE and Ansys using FEA methods.
NATIONAL AEROSPACE LABORATORY, BANGALORE (Summer 06 for 3 Months).
o The training and complete study on control surfaces of a civil aircraft (Saras) was done, with a detailed study in pitch, yaw and rolling of SARAS.
o Catia modeling was designed for these controlled surfaces and analysis was done.
o The training also included Flight Testing, operation of Supersonic wind tunnel and prototype testing and a detailed exposure how an Aircraft industry works.
TVS LUCAS PVT LTD, CHENNAI (Summer 07 for 7 Weeks)
o A complete study on the manufacture of starter and wiper motors for cars and trucks.
o Automation of the process of starter motor was done in an effective manner, with a decrease in process time by 12%.
o Took part in the inspection process of the starter motor and the related documentation.
PUBLICATION
o Presented on “Development of Hydrogen in I.C engines” in Easwari engineering college, Chennai.
