Objective Seeking position Lead Operation/CCR Operator as well as my experiences.
Qualification With more than 16 years of experiences in the operation of Petrochemical and Offshore Oil & Gas (LPG) processing.
Work Experience History
2008 to present Lead Operation Sections as Conoco Phillips Indonesia Ltd North Belut Field.
•Responsible for the monitoring and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the Wellheads Platform and Gas Processing (LPG/Dehydration) facility by Honeywell Experion PKS 310.
•Supervise Panel/Field Operator in day-to-day operation and trouble solving on the Wellheads Platform (Chrismastree, Production Sand Separator, Sand Handling Unit and Production Test Multiphase meter), Process Separation & Stabilization, MEG Regeneration system, Gas Compression system and Gas Processing Dew Point / Dehydration system (Gas - Gas Liquid Exchanger and Expander / Recompressor).
•Supervise and give guidance to all operators for Start-up and Shutdown equipment such as Gas Turbine Generator (Sentor Taurus 60), Liquid Export pump discharge pressure is 700 psig, Expander/Recompressor (GE Rotoflow) and Compressor Dresser Rand with Rolls Royce RB211 driven (Booster Compressor discharge pressure is 900 psig and Export Compressor discharge pressure is 1900 psig).
•Act as an auditor for day to day activities by checking and evaluating snapshot plant process parameter and performance.
•Monitor and control daily product quality such as BS&W, API, Mercury (Hg) content and Quality of Gas export (Dew point, Moisture and Gas composition), ensure that all producing wells are well maintained, safe guard and take an efficient remedial action to eliminate down time.
•Assist Superintendant on daily activities and product inventories report.
•Mentoring and training of new Panel Operators, giving constructive feedback to the individual and reports to Superintendant on progress.
•Establishes and maintains an Incident and Injury Free Environment while providing direction and leadership to the activities of the operations shift teams and shift operators. This position is responsible for the overall daily management of the permit to work process.
•Responsible for the waste management of the field operations to minimize operational impact to the environment.
2004 – 2008 Lead Production/Panel Operators as Conoco Phillips Indonesia Belanak FPSO Field.
•Responsible to operate and monitoring Wellheads Platform (Chrismastree, Production Sand Separator, Sand Handling Unit and Production Test Separator) and Oil Separation & Stabilization.
•Responsible to operate and monitoring Gas Cooling Treating system (Amine Contactor, Mercury Bed, Dehydration Gas) and LPG Fractionation (De- Ethanizer, De-Propanizer and De-Buthanizer).
•Responsible to operate and monitoring Utilities and Ballast system to support Process by Honeywell Experion PKS 210.
•Start-up and Shutdown equipment such as Gas Turbine Generator (Rolls Royce Avon), Expander-Compressor (Mafi Trench) and Compressor (LP Compressor Dresser Rand with GE electric driven with 900 psig discharge, Export Compressor Dresser Rand with Rolls Royce RB211 driven discharge pressure is 2000 psig and Injection Compressor Dresser Rand with GE electric driven discharge pressure is 4200 psig).
•Assist Lead Operation Section in daily activity include controlling process and facilities using DCS control system to maintain all utility and production plant steady in parameter, product and quality target are achieved.
•Record the original of oil and gas reservoir, production and control process in good condition to get optimum result.
•Monitor daily product quality such as BS&W, API, oil in water content, H2S content of gas, Mercury content of gas, H2O content of gas, quality of gas sales.
•Analyze process and facilities problem and carry out problem solving discussion with other operator regularly.
•Created daily report activities and product inventories such as product input, product output, product inventory, fuel gas consumption, flaring etc.
•Monitoring fire and gas detection system, fire main ring system and taken appropriated action to safe and secure plant.
1997 - 2004 Shift Leader Assistant PT. Tri Polyta Indonesia (Cilegon)
•Working in control room with instrumentation analog DCS-PLC System (Yamatake-Honeywell TDCS 3000) and all area under production responsible.
•Controlling all of main process variables: Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, and Resident Time of Polypropylene Reaction.
•Monitoring plant in the event of Start-up, Shut Down or Normal Operation for all section.
•Making resume about process variables data sheet on an assigned shift.
1995 – 1997 Production Operator PT. Lautan Otsuka Chemical (Cilegon)
•Provided daily report, filled up log sheet, monitoring, adjust operating condition as needed to ensure operating target are achieved.
•Identified mechanical or instrumentations problem and reported to control room and recommended of solution.
•Reviewed of Laboratory reports and Quality control to ensured product quality.
•Carried out solving problem discussion and sharing experience with operators as regularly.
•Preformed preventive maintenance such as valve greasing, gland lubricating, filter changing and chemical dosing.
