Focus Factory Manager 9/2008 – 7/2009

Solely accountable for P&L from labor contribution, materials scrap, product delivery, and delivering Lean Sigma project objectives. Managed functions that generated $1.5M to $3.5M in monthly revenue. Directed 80 to 100 staff.

Spearheaded Lean Sigma projects that improved materials flow and decreased the required floor space on the production floor by 50%, and added 4 error-proofing steps in the process line.

Launched a new customer product line; contributed planning, production planning, and needed engineering resources.
