Corporate Fleet Manager

Corporate level responsibility for nationwide fleet of vehicles. Including operations in 40 states made up of 64 locations which include 20 on-site fleet maintenance facilities. Maintain 800+ pieces of equipment including; class 1 - 8 power units, various configurations of trailers, automobiles, and material handling equipment. Specify and procure all vehicles; administer the budgetary and financial aspects of the fleet operations; oversee environmental, safety, OSHA, DOT related issues; and negotiate national account agreements. Manage the disposal and/or sale of surplus equipment. Develop and implement strategic and tactical fleet initiatives.

Monitored the performance of Preventive Maintenance scheduling, administer the budgetary and financial aspects of the operation, conduct environmental audits, and monitor safety, OSHA, DOT related issues.
