(Contractor employed under System One.. Contract ending; as a result of the Japanese tsunami disaster. Domestic recruiting has decreased substantially due to United States wariness of building new nuclear plants.)

• (Subcontracted through Kelly Services– RPO) Filled approximately 150 field and managements positions in the oil and gas industry, in PA & WVA. Worked from home office but traveled when needed. Conducted job fairs while building relationships with schools and government training agencies. Created a recruiting strategy in a region (Marcellus Shale) not accustomed to this industry..

Successfully hired a diverse team (15) of Recruitment Center Administrators to run DDI’s assessment center in Chattanooga TN. This team will do all the hiring (production to professional positions) for the new VW plant. I did all the sourcing, interviewing, scheduling of testing, reference checks and hiring for this role. Entire process took 2 months to complete. Also filled several positions in NYC and Atlanta.
