Responsible for giving purchase order numbers out and taking care of processing incoming invoices. Getting payroll ready for drivers to pick up each week. Helping the secretary with miscellaneous duties which include filing, getting drivers out on random drug tests along with making sure the driver gets his D.O.T. physical and CDL renewed on time. Input trailer numbers in the computer for the switchers to hook. Making sure units are shopped for PM's. Call drivers to work when their rest is up.
