As a Department of Defense contractor I perform as a team lead in strategy planning, evaluations, analyses and input for DOD aviation logistic systems. This includes AMCOM automated tools, IMMC Web desk tracking/monitoring Reset aircraft modifications against expected delivery timelines, reconciling program parts consumption against executed resources, retrieving data to fulfill lateral from other supporting sites, and processing receipt of MWO, MSPU and IVHM kits. Provide assistance to project manager and government management in analyzing and improving business and operational processes. Designed an ULLS-A (E) instruction manual and conducted aviation logistic procedural training sessions for contractor personnel utilizing the system as an automated warehouse inventory program. Create customized reports to be utilized for quarterly inventory completion and for daily data requirements upload to IMMC Web desk, making the Reset and OTR inventories visible to over 25 sites worldwide. Provide manual and automation input into the Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) specifically ULLSA-A (E) System for accurate accountability of the Distribution Center inventory consolidation of duplicate warehouse locations, relocation of parts to assigned designations, and issuing/ transferring parts to supporting sites. Initiate corrective actions to resolve discrepancies and provide quality assurance reviews. Create and utilize Microsoft Excel and Access spreadsheets to collect and analyze logistical data. Responsible for ensuring inventory production quality and efficiency levels and implementing corrective action as required for the RESET, G.F.E., and MWO projects for the Aviation Reset Program and integrating aircraft modifications. Grind, cut, buff, or bend edges of work pieces to be joined to ensure snug fit, using power grinder and hand tools.
