Study the SDH Transmission Network of the client, Creating and Routing Bandwidths of Different Capacities VC-12, VC-3, VC-4 and Configuring PDH circuits.
Testing the circuits available in Cramer to identify defects and find solutions to resolve the same through consultation with customer.
Identify the circuits as per the circuit work order and ensure the circuits are built in Cramer on time. Clarify the doubts and guide the team mates on Circuit Provisioning in the NMS tool and ensure the delivery is done with zero errors
Regular meeting with Customer to understand their requirements namely, Circuit naming conventions, Device naming, Circuits involving last mile connectivity with third party devices and update the same to the team mates.
Suggest new practices for improvement in process flow and faster completion of targets.
Quality check on the completed circuits before delivering it to the customer which in turn will be uploaded into the Production version.
