FLEXCUBE is one of the Leading Banking Solutions. The Loans Administration Unit [LAU] handles the Wholesale Lending Business. Currently, Loans Administration Unit (LAU) uses a collection of In-House Systems such as DODGIE, SLAPS, ATLAS and SAP GL.

Loan Syndication

The Loan Syndication module address loan operations of a bank that enters into loan syndication contracts with borrowing customers (borrowers). The modules involved are the Syndication Facility, Syndication Borrower and Syndication Participant modules. A syndication agreement is reached between a borrower and a bank. The arranger bank identifies one or more banks that pool funds to meet the borrowing requirements. The arranger bank actually disburses the loan, after receiving the contributions of the other participants. The participants in the syndication share the interest and other income accruing from the loan, in the ratio of their participation that was agreed upon at the time of drawing up the loan syndication agreement. The process in which the loan is disbursed based upon customer requirement, the participants who share the load of funding the borrowing. The new enhancements are Rollover, Revaluation, Exchange Rate Fixing, Interest Rate Fixing, Diary Events, Drawdown Repayment, Advices, Value dated Amendments, Netting, Fees and Charges, Participant Ratio Details, Limits etc under Loan Syndication Modules

Loans and Deposit

The Loans module focuses on the corporate lending operations of a bank and to provide Reports. It handles all types of call, notice, and fixed-tenor loans, loan commitments, prepayments, manual payments, and foreclosure. Using the Loans module, you can define flexible schedules for the payment of principle, interest, commission and fees. It allows to define the various status, into which overdue loans should move and help to Track the Status of Loan.

FLEXCUBE offers the facility to set up lien on deposits from a customer, as security for a loan. Loans can also be booked against commitments, deposit, and accounts. Full or partial amounts can be blocked and taken as the security for a loan. During the day or at the end of the day, a user with the required authority can retrieve information on the various operations, related to loans. This information can be generated in the form of reports. The bank can also opt for the Report Writer utility that comes with FLEXCUBE. With this utility, the bank can custom-define the reports that it would like to generate.

A server analyses the transactions of all the eight shops. The reports are collected from all the eight shops.

Whenever customers need equipments an indent is raised to the head office for the item. The Item is then taken as inward and maintained in the stock. A Delivery chalan is prepared for every sale. The system also provides sales return and Buy Back policies. The Reports for the system is generated using Crystal Reports. The reports provide a clear view of financial position of the company.
